NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – Smart Noggin, makers of developmental toys, received two Platinum Best Toy Awards for their NogginStik developmental light-up rattle and NogginRings reaching and grasping rings. The NogginStik features lights to stimulate a baby’s eyes and to encourage visual tracking. The base of the NogginStik makes a soft rattle sound and has an easy-to-hold handle for mastering grasping.
