Return Policy (we try to keep it simple!)

We strive to make sure all products meet your expectations and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event our products or services fall short of your expectations, please let us know by emailing us at

If you’re not satisfied with a product within 90 days of your purchase, we will send you a replacement or refund…your choice whether you purchased the product or you received it as a gift. While we limit such action to within 90 days of purchase, please contact us anytime a product has not met your expectations and we will review the concern and promptly respond…we want to make sure all customers are completely satisfied and happy with our developmental products for their little ones.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

On occasion, damage may occur to the shipping carton and/or product packaging during shipping. This is accidental and is usually limited to the shipping carton or product packaging itself; only very rarely is the actual product damaged during shipping.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please contact us at within 30 days of the shipment’s receipt and we’ll exchange the product for the correct/undamaged product.

General Comments

In all email correspondence to us, please include your order number if you purchased the product from our website or other purchase location if known (we understand you will not know the purchase location if you received the product as a gift), along with your name, email address, and shipping address.

Once an order has been submitted, we normally cannot cancel or modify your order. If a concern arises after you submitted your order, such as an incorrect shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible after submitting the order at and we will attempt to address the concern and promptly respond.

If a refund is appropriate and the purchase was made by credit card, the card used for the purchase will be credited in approximately 48 hours after receive the returned item at our warehouse. Depending on the credit card issuer, it may take two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
